We know that as a potential new merchant you probably have many questions about what we can offer you. On this page we answer some of frequently asked questions we receive.

Why do I have to pay a set-up/monthly fee?
We understand that before paying a setup fee you want to know exactly what you are getting for your money. Unlike other networks our setup fee is not taken purely just to add you in to the network.

Instead, we conduct a range of tasks that we feel is vital for you to achieve success quickly with any affiliate network. Equally, our monthly fee is used to provide you with a range of ongoing services that help to ensure your long-term success. The monthly fee is waived for the first 3 months.

What are the requirements for merchants?
To maintain our focus on quality not quantity we ensure that all new merchants comply with our merchant guidelines. Details of these guidelines are available from here.

This helps us to ensure that all merchants are capable of maximizing their results whilst part of the MoreNiche™ network.


Is there a minimum contract?
We ask that all new merchants commit to a minimum contract length of 1 year. However, because we offer a guarantee against your set-up fee and waive the monthly fee for the first 3 months, joining MoreNiche™ is still a low-risk opportunity for your business.


Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every new merchant that joins MoreNiche™ is assigned their own dedicated account manager. This person will be your point of contact for any queries and suggestions and will work with you to ensure you get the most out of MoreNiche™.

The account manager will also be in regular contact with the affiliates who promote you; this means they are ideally positioned to grow your business.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. All the fees are detailed on the merchant pricing page.


What are my responsibilities as a merchant?
The main responsibility you have as a merchant is to maintain clear and effective communication with your dedicated account manager. This will involve providing information where needed and working with us to enhance your offering to our network.

You will also need to ensure your product offering is appealing to customers, maintains a high level of website and processing up-time and continues to comply with the merchant guidelines.


Do you offer a fully managed service?
Although we do not offer a fully managed service as such, we believe that due to our hands-on approach our service is very close to fully managed.

However, we will never offer a service that does not require any input from you as the merchant because we believe the best results are only achieved when we work with you as a team towards your company aims.

What additional services can you offer me?
In addition to the many services we include as part of the set-up and monthly fee we also offer a range of value added services. These include email marketing, campaign management, design work, and writing services.

How do I protect my trademark/brand?
We have a number of policies in place that help to protect your trademarks and brand. Before launching your offering on to MoreNiche™ we will discuss with you the exact policies you wish to enforce to protect your trademark and brand.

We are able to advise you as to which policies are suitable for your business and provide you with the advantages and disadvantages of each policy.

Once your policies are decided we will make them clear to our affiliate base and constantly monitor promotional activities to ensure your brand or trademark is not being harmed.


What reports will I get?

From the moment you are accepted as a new merchant we will begin providing you with a range of reports that will help you to further your business. Some of the reports we provide include:

Conversion Improvement - This report is provided as part of your set-up and will detail the key areas your website could be improved to increase your conversion rate for a greater number of sales.

Referring StatisticsEvery merchant receives access to our backend reporting system which details exactly how many affiliates are promoting your business, where your traffic is coming from, and how many sales the MoreNiche™ network is generating for you.

Monthly Conversion ReportThis report will detail your monthly performance on our network and provide suggestions as to how your offering can be improved based on our own analysis and the feedback we receive from our network.

Monthly Statistics ReportThis will outline the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of your company on our network.  This includes the number of sales generated by our affiliates, the number of active affiliates promoting your offering and your top performing affiliates.
