| How does the integration process work? |
| Once accepted as a new merchant we will provide you with a document that details the whole integration process. This will be specific to your company and will contain deadlines for each stage of integration. We have plenty of experience integrating new merchants so you can be assured that the whole process will be quick and hassle-free. Our own technical team will be on hand to help you every step of the way. |
| Am I becoming a wholesaler? |
| No. Although you will have hundreds, even thousands of websites promoting your product or service you will remain in complete control of your product offering, pricing and order fulfillment. This means you do not have to sacrifice large amounts of your profit margins, you just pay a commission (which you decide the amount) to the person who refers a customer to your business. | How will our product/service be advertised? |
| Your product or service will be promoted through our network of affiliates who use a wide range of online and offline techniques to generate traffic to your website. Some of the methods involved include; paid advertising (e.g. PPC), review websites, blogs, banners on existing websites, classified ads, and email marketing (to name just a few!). Thanks to our intuitive sales tracking system we are able to quickly identify potentially fraudulent activities and we also have a strict anti-spam policy. This helps us to maintain the integrity of your brand and ensure all affiliates are enhancing your company’s reputation, not damaging it. | How do you track the sales affiliates generate? |
| We have developed our own unique tracking system which utilizes the latest cookie technology and image tracking. Essentially what this means is we provide each of our affiliates a unique link that they can use to send traffic to your site. We then track every person who clicks on this link and because we will have set-up our system to communicate with your order processing, we can track every person who successfully purchases your product or service. Because of the accuracy of this tracking we can ensure that every affiliate gets the sales they deserve. You can be confident that you will never pay out a commission on a sale that has not been generated by one of our affiliates. |
| I'm already with another network; do I have to leave them? |
| No. We realize that you may have other contract commitments and may wish to continue your activities with another network as well as MoreNiche™. In fact, we have several merchants who were already using another network when they joined MoreNiche™. Of course, once they saw the results that we were achieving, many of them realized that their money was being wasted in other networks. | Do I have to remove the phone number from my website? |
| Whereas most other networks will ask you to remove your phone number from your site because they cannot track sales generated by affiliates on phone order, we offer two alternative solutions: 1) You can integrate our tracking system with your telephone ordering to allow your customer support to accept telephone orders and also assign affiliates the correct commission. 2) You can pay to use our in-house support team, Claritie, to accept telephone orders and ensure the correct commission is always awarded to affiliates. Of course, we do still allow you the option of removing your telephone number from your site completely. However, because this effects credibility and can reduce the number of sales you make it is not recommended. |
| How long does the application process take? |
| Once you have submitted your application to be a new merchant we will review your offering against our merchant guidelines. This is to ensure we maintain our quality over quantity approach and only accept the best merchants. The review process can take several weeks to complete, depending on the current volume of applications and the speed at which you can provide us with the required information. We will endeavor to process your application as quickly as possible and regardless of the outcome you will receive detailed feedback about your offering. To apply simply call us or apply online. |
| We have an ecommerce/business service, can you still help me? |
| Yes. Our network has worked with a wide range of merchants from individual product sites to e-commerce stores right through to business to business services. Our tracking is incredibly flexible and can work on a pay per sale, pay per lead, or revenue share basis. Regardless of the type of product or service you offer you can be confident our network has the ability to generate more sales and leads for your business. |
