yeh i see them. i mean is that in our admin area where all links are. we can choose to either link to product page or other urls in dropdown. tand the above 2 are not in the list yet. thats why i asked the above lol

One question though. What if they call the 1 800 number before the sale trying to find out more info? How do we get credit for it then?

Our sales are done in house, so they are fully trained to ask for an affiliate code Try it!

Ok, I was talking more about they visit, see the phone number, write it down, and close out of the site. If they call, and they are asked for an activation code, and they say they don't know...

It is doubtful you guys tell them to visit the site again, order that way or call back?

I'm not being negative, just wondering if there are steps for this, or if it is added anywhere on the site for visitor to remember activation code if they choose to call in.

If they do leave the website then they will be asked if they did write the activation number down or if they are close to a computer in order to get the code.

Our Customer Support do ask for the activation code every single time in order to get you that extra sale and aim to upsell as much as possible.

If a customer leaves the order page after putting in their details, we will ring them and aim to put that purchase though with your affiliate ID
