Ok, I was talking more about they visit, see the phone number, write it down, and close out of the site. If they call, and they are asked for an activation code, and they say they don't know...
It is doubtful you guys tell them to visit the site again, order that way or call back?
I'm not being negative, just wondering if there are steps for this, or if it is added anywhere on the site for visitor to remember activation code if they choose to call in.
