Use Free Short Url Redirection such as:
urlink.us
tinyurl.com

or use PHP script, it's easy!

you can also use .htaccess to cloak your link. you do not need to create separate php files everytime you cloak links. all your links could be done in one .htaccess file.

there are some good cloaking link software like Convert Affiliate Links and Power Link Generator.

but i prefer .htaccess method coz it's easy to setup and free

I just use PHP Re-Direct, which when someone clicks on the webpage, it forwards them to the appropriate affiliate link without them knowing Pretty simple and easy to find code aswell.
