What is the difference between a merchant and an affiliate?

A merchant owns the offering, for example Proactol is a merchant. A merchant usually owns a product site, eccomerce site or a free subsscription site. They have full control over the site, dictate the prices, offering and campaigns.

An affiliate gets paid a commisions for sending a sale or lead to a merchants website. A typical affiliate would own a website, advertise via pay per click, practice e-mail marketing or use video to generate traffic and commisions.

Affiliates can be huge corporations or work from home internet marketers. If you view pay per click adverts on Google, many of these adverts are from affiliates.

How and when do affiliates get paid?

We have never missed a payment to our affiliates and our reputation is unbeatable. You can choose to be paid by international wire, Epassporte or Check. For every method of payment we require your full address and phone number. These are used to verify your identity.

Payouts are made every 2 weeks, to the following schedule:

1st-15th of the month - payout due on the 26th of the month
16th-end of the month - payout due on the 10th of the following month

To help prevent fraud, new affiliates have their first payout delayed by 30 days. This helps us ensure that all transactions are legitimate.

Does MoreNiche™ accept all affiliate applications?

You will be automatically accepted into the affiliate network, so that you can promote the products straight away. You will be given unique identifer links for every merchant and product in the network – no need to wait days for your application to be approved!

Please make sure you read the terms and conditions of each merchants. If you break the rules of any merchant, you are excluded from the entire network. For example most merchants do not accept spam, adware or incentivized traffic. Please read the MoreNiche™ terms and conditions.

How does MoreNiche™ prevent fraudalent affiliate activity?

If you are reading this and thinking about commiting fraud within our network, then we would suggest you don’t waste your time. As a network we take extensive measures to ensure that only real commisions are paid to affiliates.

Verfication of every sale/lead - we confirm every sale by phone or email
Traffic analysis - to find unusual patterns, ratios, referrals, blank referrals
Affiliate verification - is required before a payout is sent

Our Fraud Prevention System (FPS) also gives us a risk asseement of each affiliate. This is a continious process with the assessment changing based on the affiliates actions/performance.

The most common affiliate fraud is commited by using stolen customer credit card details. This fraud is easy to do and our system would initially credit the affiliate with the sale. This is because our sales data is in real time. However we verify every single sale/lead, so the affiliates fraudalent transaction would be highlighted and they would not be paid.

All fraudalent affiliates are reported to the local authorities, regardless of their country or nationality. By taking fraud seriously, we reduce the fraud which occurs. This allows our merchants to pay higher commissions to the honest affiliates.

First payment

The first payment will have 30 day extra waiting period before paid out. This means, if you have earned $150 by the end of March 31, then your payment instead of April of 10th will be issued on the May of 10th. This payment will include also earnings for both periods of month April.

Periods and Payout Dates

Each month has two periods: 1 – 15th, and from 16th – till the last day of the given month.

For first period (1st-15th) your payment will be issued on same month’s 26th.
For second period (starting on 16th each month) payments will be issued on the next month’s 10th.
