Hello, this week we are going to look into how to be successful with blog commenting and forums.
Posting on forums and people’s blog is an important part of SEO. Finding forums and blogs that relate to your niche can really help to not only generate interest from the people that read that post but also can be a great way to gain a link from a related niche.
When you register for a forum choose one that is related to your website, i.e. if you are promoting Aloeride choose health related forums to promote your link. Registering is really easy generally all you need is your email and a user name. With most forums you normally have to make a certain amount of posts before you can add your signature link. The most important thing to remember when posting on forums is to add worthwhile content, just posting “thank you” or “great post” is not worthwhile content and does not add to the conversation.
When posting on blogs adding comments is also a good way to generate interest in your own site. When adding comments the important points to remember are:-
- Not using bold, italics or highlight in your comment thinking that this will increase your traffic.
- Don’t include a link within your blog comment only put a link as part of your details.
- Always read the blog before you post on it, as with forums only add worthwhile content when blog commenting.
- Don’t leave one word comments, not only will your comment not get published but you will probably get all your comments rejected in future.
- Link to relevant pages if the comment is related to one of your deeper pages link to that.
Posting on forums and blogging can help you integrate into the community and meet like minded people and you might even learn something from your new community.
You are now set with how to be a successful poster remember always add worthwhile content.
