Congratulations on winning MoreNiche™ AOTM, how do you feel?
Awesome, I was surprised, I had hopes of being AOTM one day but didn’t expect to make it after such a short time.
Tell us a little about yourself, your real life background and experience?
I’m 36 and live in a small town North of Toronto, in Ontario, Canada. I am Married with two daughters and enjoy traveling. I act as creative director for a commercial printing company, during the day.
In December 2006 I started looking for a second source of income, mainly because I wanted more toys, you know boats, bikes, sports cars! I had never built a website before, I understand design and layout, but before December I knew nothing about the web design process.
After wasting a lot of money and time buying e-books from supposed internet guru’s who all sold the same crappy ideas. I stumbled upon MoreNiche™.
What were the key factors to get you here today?
If I hadn’t have found MoreNiche™, I would probably have quit by now, I have left my guru sites active selling get rich e-books and have had no sales to date. Making that first SizeGenetics™ sale and $175 commission hooked me, now I am obsessed.
How long did it take for you to get your 1st sale and what was it?
It didn’t take me long to realize that MoreNiche™ was the right choice, I had a template in place and running by Jan 1,2007. Then in just over a week, while I was still building the site I got my first sale, not as expected though it was a SizeGenetics™ sale from a banner on my site $175 commission, that was more than I had made with everything else I had tried put together.
What kind of sales results have you achieved with MoreNiche™ products?
So far I have concentrated on Proactol™, but I just recently bought two websites I can use for SizeGenetics™ and PenisHealth™. I have been converting at around 1/90 for Proactol™, and I hope to do the same with SizeGenetics™.
Care to share some of your methods, what works for you?
I read like crazy and treat this business seriously, I am always trying new things and then I come back and look through the awesome stats to see how my efforts paid off.
I printed a bunch of Business cards that explain Proactol™ on one side and my website info on the other, never stop promoting your business. I currently drive traffic with some PPC, back links and staying active in related forums.
In your opinion, what makes a great affiliate program?
The people behind the program is what makes it for me, the staff at MoreNiche™ are very active, I use the forums mainly and I always get an answer quickly. I like the fact that the staff give real answers, honest educated opinions.
What do you like about MoreNiche™?
The products are unique and in demand, the support is top notch, and the fact that they keep sending me bigger and bigger checks every two weeks.
What would you consider to be the important factors to succeed in affiliate marketing?
Perseverance is the key, too many people think making money on the internet should be instant, and it’s not. Take your time, do things right and the money will come.
Your tips for other affiliates
Well this is mainly for the new affiliates, if your going to market the products using a website, make sure its perfect before you go live, you may never get a second chance with a customer. Check your site for dead links, spelling and dupe content. Have fun and participate in the forums.
