Who are MoreNiche™ ?

MoreNiche™ is the affiliate arm of a digital marketing group, which employs 42 team members across Europe. The group includes a digital design agency, several eccomerce companies and a development team. You will be able to use these resources to help you achieve the vision. There is a great synergy between all the companies, with all but one operating from the head office in Nottingham (UK). Opportunities available: If you have experience working for an affiliate network then we want to hear from you. Ideally we are looking for individuals who have worked in this sector for 2+ years. You must have over achieved in your position and believe in our vision. We are looking for individuals who wish to be part of the management team which are responsible and accountable for the networks success. Be part of the management team. If your past experience demonstrates key successes which you believe demonstrate your ability to direct, lead and succeed then we want you to be part of our team. You will have control to strategically plan the best way to achieve our vision, and be in charge of the implementation. The group will provide its resources to you and you will be supported by the group directors. You will also be responsible and accountable to the group directors for the success and profitability of the network. Uncapped profit sharing is available for the right candidate. Account Managers. If you have successfully achieved increased revenues for both merchants and affiliates then we want you to be part of our team. You will be working on key merchant accounts and in charge of implementing campaigns to increase awareness, online brand and conversions. You will also be working with key affiliates on your merchant accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction and better performance. How to achieve your targets is your choice, as long as the techniques fit within the vision. On target bonuses are available for the right candidate.
